The property is situated on the exclusive Grove Estate which is located within the City of Wanneroo in the suburb of Ashby, approximately 20 minutes drive-time from downtown Perth.

You can walk from our villa to the beautiful Joondalup Lake that resides within Yellagonga Regional Park. Yellagonga was named after the leader of the Mooro clan of the Nyoongar Aboriginal people, who inhabited the region north of the Swan River at the time of European settlement.

The Grove Estate has wonderful parks, playgrounds and a huge bush forever site that abuts the main park for all sectors of the community to utilise and enjoy on a daily basis.

From Wanneroo, you have easy access to the Mitchell Highway that will take you right into the centre of Perth. The property is also centrally placed so that you can explore all the beaches along the Sunset Coast. Many of the better known shopping centres are also close-by and our local market is the largest in the state.
